We take great care in creating each customized product, made especially for you. Please note that due to the personalized nature of our items, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless there is an error in the customization details.

If you receive an item with incorrect customization (different from what you submitted), you may request a return or exchange.

Conditions for Return/Exchange:

• Eligible only if the customization details are incorrect due to our mistake.

• Requests must be made within 10 days of receiving your order.

• Items must be returned in their original, unused condition.
